It’s summertime and i’m freakin' Summertime and I’m freakin' Sometimes I overthink it, this time I’m gonna take it in. I don’t know what this drink is but God knows i’ll drink it, cause winter will bring the freeze in by the time you blink. Shit... Solidly in my late twenties, what a great time for a reckless streak. My friendlies luckily can all get down with a control freak. Everything in its right place. Doing everything the right way. Wound up tight you might say. But I just need some “my space.” I’ve got my top eight friends that I’ll love to the end, but it’s not like I call them. I just keep to my self; venture virtue. But this is a trend surely meant for the winterly months where your skin’s hurting. Sun can be felt, bend your curfew. Go hang with those in your purview, and while you are out quench your thirst, too. Meet someone sweet, have the nerve to show what you’re about, cause it won’t hurt you just to go hang with those in your purview, and while you are out quench your thirst, too. Meet someone sweet, have the nerve to show what you're about It’s summertime and i’m freakin Summertime and I’m freakin Cause winter will bring the freeze in by the time you blink. Shit...

Let's start with me: I'm not exactly where I want to be, in fact I've come to see in the evidence it's becoming clear, partnership's a mystery. I can wrap my head around love, it's up and downs, but the recipe to take the best ingredients of what's called "we" create an experience that we both agree that we both can be bigger than our bodies, it's new to me and I think it's got me thrown into a cycle that I already know. My throne it is recycled, made from pieces of bone sewn into the fabrics are ideas that lasted, magic to convince me that I can be a stone. How they glow... Still I know, the colors they all change whenever I am alone. Then it's just me sitting on a futon. Running late for work as I put each boot on, with no sense that others exist. It's a full time job keeping my head screwed on. And that's the issue: Too self obsessed to be truly with you. Though I care deeply, it's not hard to see the stacks of black wax between us that pack the room we have that has filled up past max. Facts are just facts. Down to brass tax the only space for us is shoved in the cracks, in the nooks in crannies. I'm afraid one day you'll find you can't stand me. And that's no way to live so I deserve what I get. But it's not like I'm even in pain. It's not like this will drive me insane, but I don't want to waste your time, and honestly, I don't want to waste mine on something we agreed we didn't want in the first place. That would be the worst fate. To let resentment grow because we wouldn't. Because we started to stagnate. Let go. You can trust me. Let go. If I were you I would let go. Who will save you now? Let go. I really thought I could... (But we can evolve if we have faith that we won't fall. Learn from what we have start something new minus the flaws. While we still are strong we should find just what we want and trust that we would both be better for it.) I try, but I don't understand. Teach me. Give me a command. I'm ready but I don't have a plan. I love you but I can't be a man. Open your eyes, open your heart, and open your mind. Open your eyes, open your heart, and open your mouth. Open your eyes and open your heart. Let go. You can trust me. Let go. If I were you I would let go. Who will save you now? Let go. I really thought I could... (But we can evolve if we have faith that we won't fall. Learn from what we have start something new minus the flaws. While we still are strong we should find just what we want and trust that we would both be better for it.)
